If you’re looking for an easier approach to show potential clients what you know, look no further than Trulia Voices – where buyers and sellers get the inside scoop on local areas and advice about the real estate issues that matter most to them. And if you need a nudge to start sharing your expertise and advice with our community, here’s a great way to get started!
Build your online reputation in 31 small, manageable steps
Every day we see amazing questions and answers that buyers and sellers in all areas would benefit from, but since questions have been tied to specific locations, they are missed by people in other areas. To solve that problem and help more people benefit from this valuable information, we’ve identified 31 of the top questions from Trulia Voices and we’re going to spread them to some of our most popular cities.
Each day in March we will post a new “Top Question” in the 100 locations listed below to give more real estate professionals more chances to display their knowledge on a wide range of topics, and to give more buyers and sellers access to rich real estate and local information.
Whether you’re new to Trulia or just looking to form a healthy habit for your business, this is a great way to build your online reputation in 31 small, manageable steps. Set aside just five minutes every day starting March 1 to answer the latest Trulia Voices Top Question and challenge yourself to stick with it for the whole month. By the end, you’ll have a proven record of your local and real estate knowledge that will live online for years to come.

I didn’t see Louisiana where I am licensed, so I can’t participate. We were told in one of our GRI classes that answering questions from states other than which we are licensed on sites such as these is tantamount to practicing real estate without a license. Beware!
I am in agreement with Margaret above. I am licensed in Idaho, but specialize in Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Kuna, Nampa and Middleton, so I can not enjoy answering questions either.
Thanks!
Margaret & Tim, we’re sorry about this, but please keep in mind that this is our very first Top Questions Month. If it is successful we will very like repeat the program and definitely add more and different locations to the list!
I see that everyone in Washington State lives in Seattle (according to the list presented) but unfortunately that isn’t our reality. Our Lewis/Thurston/Cowlitz County area is on the I-5 corridor 1/2 way between Seattle and Portland. While we are experts in our community we would have no voice in your program as we don’t know the Seattle or Portland market. Maybe this is something to look at.
Seriously…no St. Louis? It’s obviously one of the top 100 largest metro areas in the US but not on the list. You include KC but not the St. Louis metro area which is twice as large. What’s up with that?
