Trulia’s Open House Calendar is a little known tool that can simplify the process of adding open house dates and times to Trulia, particularly if you have more than a few listings.

Rather than managing open house times for one listing at a time, the calendar allows you to add all of your open house dates for all of your listings at one time. To add a new open house time, just click the button to add or edit an open house. You will then be prompted to select which listing that open house is intended for, and to input your set date and time.

You can also click on any upcoming date to see the open houses you’ve already scheduled and added to Trulia. Don’t skip this step when adding and updating your listing data. Open house information is a surefire way to reach serious buyers. It will keep your listings fresh and help them gain more exposure in Trulia’s search results.
